Naimish Kumar Mishra" under section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3(2)(va) and section 3(1)(da) of SC/ST Act pending in the Learned Special Court SC/ST Act, Hardoi, arising out of charge sheet dated 12.09.2023 filed in FIR No.0279 of 2023, Police Station Baghauli, District Hardoi.
