The instant application has been filed for quashing the impugned Charge- Sheet No. 509/2022, dated 12.12.2022, under sections- 308, 323, 354 I.P.C., & Section 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station - Purwa, District - Unnao, as well as summoning order dated 03.11.2023, passed by Learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act / Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Unnao in Session Case No. 1645/2023, 'State Vs Nitesh Lodh & others', arising out of Case Crime No. 0510/2022, under Sections 308, 323, 354 I.P.C., & Secti
