The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed seeking quashing of proceeding of Criminal Case No. 1975 of 2025 pending in the Court of ACJM, Ambedkar Nagar and the summoning order dated 12.04.2024. 3. In pursuance of order dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court, the compromise deed dated 26.07.2025 annexed as Annexure No.5 to the application, has been verified by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur vide order dated 15.11.2025 annexed as Annexure-6 to the application.
