The counsel for the parties state that the matter has been compromised in between the parties and the compromise deed is on record as Annexure No.4. 3. In view of the said statement, the parties are directed to appear before the trial court along with the compromise deed for its verification on 17.3.2026 which shall be verified by the trial court and a report be sent to this court by the next date. 4. List on 30.3.2026 along-with report of the court below. 5. The original compromise deed, if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicants on his moving appropriate application for its verification before the trial court, by retaining a photocopy of the same on record. 6.
