The present application has been filed seeking to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.9224 of 2019 (State vs Rahul Singh and another) arising out of Case Crime No.42 of 2019, Police Station Ranipur, District Bahraich as well as to quash the summoning order dated 28.05.2019. 3. In terms of the FIR, allegations were levelled that all the accused persons including the applicant had caused injuries to the son of the informant. Subsequently, a charge-sheet came to be filed and in the said charge-sheet Section 308 IPC was added. Subsequently, the Investigating Officer moved an application for re-medical examination, which was rejected vide order dated 07.08.2019.
