The appellant- National Highway Division, Public Works Department has filed this appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the judgment and order dated 05.12.2025 passed by the District Judge, Shrawasti rejecting the petitioner's application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against an award dated 19.03.2024 passed by the Collector/District Magistrate, Shrawasti in Case No.653 of 2023 under Section 3(G)(V) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as
