This appeal is directed against order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Commercial Court, Gorakhpur, whereby the execution application filed by the appellant for execution of award dated 21.03.2016 has been dismissed. 2. This Court in Reeta Chaddha (Deceased) and 2 others Vs. U.P. Jal Nigam and 9 others: 2025:AHC:103318-DB has laid down that the appeal against an order passed by the Commercial Court in execution proceedings under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is not maintainable. 3. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the appellant to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to it. 4.
