Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 501/2023 dated 01.09.2023, registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and under Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 11.02.2022, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. They were blessed with a baby girl from the abovesaid wedlock. 3.
