The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the Customer Agreement dated 08.05.20242, executed between the parties. 2. Clauses 18(i) & (j) of the said Agreement, which are the Arbitration and Jurisdiction Clauses, read as under: “18.
