JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioner is accused in FIR No.0059/2024 dated 12.03.2024 under Sections 274/275/276/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Crime Branch. 2. He is presently lodged in Central Jail-07, Tihar Jail, Delhi. It is apprised that on account of some threat perception, he was permitted to join the proceedings through video-conferencing and, now, the learned Trial Court has directed his physical appearance for tomorrow i.e.28.03.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submit that, though, the accused has no reservation in physical appearance, since he apprehends some threat from some of his inmates and, since on one previous occasion i.e. on 28.07.2024, he was attacked by one another Under Trial Prisoner (UTP), the jail authorities may be directed to transport him to Court in a safe environment and preferably in Special Armed Guard vehicle, which has a separate enclosure. 5.
