He is presently lodged in Central Jail-07, Tihar Jail, Delhi. It is apprised that on account of some threat perception, he was permitted to join the proceedings through video-conferencing and, now, the learned Trial Court has directed his physical appearance for tomorrow i.e.28.03.2026. 3.
