Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.549/2020, dated 17.09.2020, registered at P.S. Keshav Puram, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 10.12.2017, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. There is one baby-boy from the abovesaid wedlock. 3. However, due to certain temperamental differences, the parties started living separately since 2019 and on the basis of report lodged by respondent no. 2, abovesaid FIR was registered. 4. The charge-sheet has, though, been filed, the charges are yet to be ascertained. 5.
