The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a learned Sole Arbitrator for the purpose of resolution of disputes that are stated to have arisen out of the Influencer Agreement dated 22.01.20232 executed between the parties. 2. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments/modifications thereto for the time being in force.
