The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a learned Sole Arbitrator for the purpose of resolution of disputes that are stated to have arisen out of the Influencer Agreement dated 22.01.20232 executed between the parties. 2. The Dispute Resolution Clause envisaged in the Agreement reads as under: “DISPUTE RESOLUTION If any disputes, controversies or differences arise between the Parties, regarding the construction or interpretation of any of the terms and conditions herein contained or touching these presents or determination of any liability or breach thereof (“Dispute”), the Parties shall try and resolve the same amicably by mutual 1 Act 2 Agreement 3.
