Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no.2 and 3 not to adopt coercive processes against petitoiners and respondent no.4 may be directed not to interfere in the living in relationship of both the petitioners. (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major and though there was objection to the marriage between the petitioners, by their family members, they live in live-in relationship. However, the family members are continuously harassing the petitioners and interfering in their matrimonial accord;
