Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful marital life and also for a direction to provide protection. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has qualified her high school and intermediate examinations. However, the said documents are not with her. As far as her date of birth is concerned, her transfer certificate corresponds with her Aadhaar Card in the same terms. As regards, petitioner no. 2's date of birth, a copy of passport has been attached which proves him to be a major.
