The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the State respondent No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action under Law against respondent no.4 and 5 and their family members for creating hindrance and disturbance in peaceful live-in relationship life and liberty of the petitioners as live-in-relationship. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners guaranteed under the Constitution of India.“ 3.
