Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel representing the State. 2. Facts in brief is that the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 namely Smt. Jyot Chaurasia is 16.6.1996 copy of the high-school certificate is appended as annexure-2 to the writ petition. According to the Adhar Card, which is appended along-with writ petition the date of birth of the petitioner no. 2 is 16.6.1996. It is stated in the writ petition that both the petitioners are married and their marriage has been solemnized on 13.2.2025 in Shiv Temple Town and Tehsil Faridpur,district Bareilly. It is further stated that both the petitioners are living peacefully but wholly illegally respondent no.4 along-with family members are harassing them. 3.
