Present petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.672 dated 30.11.2022, under Sections 147/149/307/323/506 of IPC, 1860 (corresponding Sections 191(2), 190/109/115(2)/351(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala. 2. I have heard learned of the petitioner and learned State Counsel and have gone through the material placed on record. 3.
