The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Sirajuddin against the judgement of conviction dated 19th April 2002 [“impugned judgement”] and the order on sentence dated 24th April 2002 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi in SC No. 33/1999, arising out of case FIR No. 446/1998 registered at 2.
