By way of filing this petition, the petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they are in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threats to their life and liberty at the hands of respondent No. 4 (husband of petitioner No. 1) 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in a live-in relationship against the wishes of respondent No. 4 and have sought protection to their lives and liberty. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1- Shivati , aged about 29 years is already married to respondent No. 4 and out of the said wedlock, one kid was born. Now petitioner No. 1 started leaving away from the company of respondent No. 4 and at present, she is staying in live-in relationship with petitioner No. 2-Harp
