The present petition has been filed in the month of May’ 2026 with the contention that the petitioner is owner of the land bearing survey No.345, 347; Block No.391, admeasuring 1-28-43 sq.mtrs of Mouje Bhilwada, Taluka Mangrol, District Surat. 2. The contention in the writ petition is that initially the land in question was owned by original owner, Mr.Saleji Ibrahim Rawat and after his death on 12.01.1961, the same came to be owned by his wife, Ms.Khadija, d/o Mohamd Isapsi Pandor, w/o Saleji Ibrahim Ravat. 3. The contention is that the entries of the name of the wife of the deceased owner was recorded in the Village Form No.6 at Mutation entry No.434 on 20.04.1965.
