By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to complete the necessary procedure for issuing fresh passport to the petitioner and has further prayed for a direction to the Regional Passport Officer – respondent herein to issue a fresh Passport to the petitioner for a period of 10 years.
