The Labour Court set aside the orders of termination and passed an order of reinstatement of this batch of 47 workmen. 2. After the workmen were reinstated, the Department of Telecommunications came out with a scheme for regularization. 3. The same batch of 47 people approached the Central Administrative Tribunal (“CAT”) invoking their right to be regularized under the said scheme of regularization
