The petitioner challenges the order of termination dated 8.12.2021 on the ground that it is a non-speaking order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner points that though the prayer challenging the order of termination is made, the petitioner would be satisfied if the representation that he had made on 16.3.2023, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-’K’ to the petition, would be considered by the Jamnagar Municipal Corporation and appropriate orders be passed on the grievances that he has made in the said representation. 3.
