In view of the aforesaid premises, Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order: a) Quashing and setting aside the interim award dated 10-3-08 passed by Labour Court Jamnagar in Reference (LCD) No. 16 of 2000. b) Granting such other and further relief and passing such and further orders as may be necessary in the facts of the case.
