The Appellant/Plaintiff instituted the CS DJ No.13355/2016 (originally numbered as CS No.85/2006) for recovery of Rs.4,14,021/- (principal amount of Rs.3,04,500/- and interest of Rs.1,09,521/-). 3. Briefly stated, the case of the Appellant/Plaintiff was that she joined the services of the Respondent Company on 28.09.1993 and continued in employment till 25.11.2003. At the time of her resignation, she was serving as Senior Member Consulting Staff at the Gurgaon branch of the Respondent Company and was drawing a gross monthly salary of Rs.61,500/-. 4.
