The petitioner has approached this Court through instant petition seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members, who are under continuous threat at the hands of private respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly contends that private respondents have trespassed into the land owned by the petitioner and respondent No. 6 intentionally set the standing wheat crop on fire causing substantial financial loss to the petitioner. He further submits that the entire occurrence was captured through photographs and video recording clearly depicting the involvement of the accused.
