It has been stated that the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 06.06.2007 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1) and the date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 28.12.2005 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2). It is submitted that although both the petitioners are major, but petitioner No.2 is not of marriageable age, which is 21 years.
