The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 2. The petitioners are living in “Live in Relationship”. It has been stated that the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 03.03.2006 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1) and the date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 19.10.2006 as per the Aadhar Card (Annexure P-3). It is submitted that although both the petitioners are major, but petitioner No.1 is not of marriageable age, which is 21 years.
