Vide order dated 06.05.2026 (“Conditional Order”), the learned Sessions Court allowed the Petitioner’s application seeking release of her passport and permission to travel to Frankfurt, Germany, from 15.06.2026 to 15.07.2026, subject to certain terms and conditions. 3.
