The present Regular Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been preferred by the Appellants assailing the Judgment and Decree dated 24.08.2016 whereby the learned Additional District Judge, Delhi in RCA No.13/2014, has affirmed the Judgment and RSA 19/2017 2. The Respondent/Plaintiff instituted a Civil Suit No.640/2012 for Possession, Damages and Mesne Profits in respect of property bearing No. RZ-H-141, Raj Nagar Part-II, Palam, New Delhi, measuring approximately 150 square yards (hereinafter referred to as the “Suit Property”).
