The present Regular Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been filed by the Plaintiff/Appellant, against the common Judgment and Decree dated 22.12.2023 passed by the learned ADJ in RCA DJ Nos. 38/2019, whereby the Counterclaim filed by C.S Rathore seeking recovery of Rs.36,000/- as professional fee which the Ld. The Plaintiff/Appellant Prem Singh filed Civil Suit No. 56206/2016 for recovery of Rs. 60,000/- along with interest @24% from 25.04.2011 till its realization, as well as for litigation expenses for an amount of Rs.25,000/- 3. A Counter-Claim No. 08/2017 was also filed by the Defendant/Respondent Mr. C. C.
