After about 9 years, i.e. on 24.3.1991, he was promoted as a Senior Clerk. However, he sought for reversion to his original post of Junior Clerk and this request was acceded to and he was reverted as a Junior Clerk on 1.10.1991. 2. Notwithstanding this reversion, on 17.7.1992, the respondent was once again promoted as a Senior Clerk.
