This intra court appeal lays a challenge to the order dated 07.04.2015 (impugned order) passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.3295/2015 whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellants herein by stating in paragraph 15 as under:- 15. It is therefore clear that the ratio of the judgment in the case of Umadevi (supra) really prevents regularization of persons who have been appointed pursuant to such an advertisement and which adv
