The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India invoking the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court. The Petitioner seeks the issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing and setting aside the debarment letter dated 15 th April 2026 and a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 University to consider the Petitioner's exceptional medical circumstances and permit her to appear in the B.Sc. (Applied Psychology), Year III, Semester VI term-end examinations from which she has been debarred from appearing due to her low attendance.
