In the present civil writ petition, challenge is to the transfer order dated 02.05.2026 (Annexure P-7) whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Gwalior Regional Office, Bhopal Circle Office to Chennai North Regional Office, Chennai Circle Office. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner was requested to address this Court as to how this Court has the jurisdiction to consider the present petition keeping in view the aforesaid situation as the impugned order was passed outside the jurisdiction of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of as not pressed any further with liberty to approach the appropriate Court having the requisite jurisdiction. 3.
