Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as „CPC‟) has been filed by the Plaintiff/Appellant, Sh. Jagdish Singh Dawar against the Judgment dated 20.11.2019, whereby the learned Additional District Judge dismissed the Suit of the Plaintiff for recovery of Rs. 7,68,227/- along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. 2. The Plaintiff had filed a Suit bearing No. CS No. 10625/2016seeking recovery of Rs. 7,68,227/- along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum, against the Defendant/Respondent, Mohammad Laik. 3.
