JUDGMENT : 1) The present Petition lamentably is the second round of litigation. In the first round, the Petitioner had challenged the Order dated 30th March 2013 and Demand Notice dated 29 th April 2013 in Writ Petition No.1456 of 2013. By an Order dated 13th September 2013 the matter was remitted back to the Respondents
