By way of filing this petition, the petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they are in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threats at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in a live-in relationship against the wishes of their parents/relatives i.e. respondents No. 4 to 11 and have sought protection of their lives and liberty. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1- Harpreet Kaur, aged about 34 years is already married to respondent No. 4 and out of the said wedlock four children were born. Now petitioner No. 1 started leaving away from the company of respondent No. 4 and at present, she is staying in a live-in relationship with petitioner No.
