The instant appeal has been preferred by the appellant, challenging the judgment dated 25.08.2004 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Delhi in Sessions Case No. 26/2001, arising out of FIR No.283/1998, Police Station Nangloi, New Delhi, vide which the appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’). 2.
