The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 9 and to take action on their representation dated 22.06.2026 (Annexure P-6). 2.
