The present appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad in Family Suit No. 715 of 2025, whereby the learned Family Court was pleased to reject the application for passing a decree on the basis of admission and to dismiss the petition filed by the appellant under Sections 5, 7 and 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking a declaration that the alleged marriage between the parties is null and void. 2. The learned Family Court was pleased to hold that the existence of a registered marriage certificate raises a presumption of valid marriage and therefore the matter requires full trial.
