Captioned appeal is filed against the impugned judgment and award dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Vadodara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.1476 of 2010, whereby the learned Tribunal had dismissed the said claim petition. 2.
