This appeal under section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 challenges judgment and decree passed by learned 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Veraval in Special Civil Suit No.11 of 2001 dated 29.07.2005, whereby, learned Trial Court has valued human life at Rs.8,16,000/- and granted 9% interest from 23.01.2001 till realization. 2. It is case of plaintiffs that deceased had leased farm for cultivating and he was wokring in Vadi on 26.09.2000. It is also case of the plaintiffs that besides said farm, 11 KV electricity line is passing and while deceased was passing thin wires which were broken fell upon the deceased and he died due
