It was the case of the plaintiff that the deceased - Valkubhai Kalulbhai Khuman died due to electrocution, entry of which has been made on 22.08.2000 in the Taluka Police Station, Jetpur, and inquest panchnama was carried out on the very same day, followed by post-mortem, which clearly defines that deceased had died due to electrocution.
