(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) by petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No.33 dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Manesar, Gurugram. 2. In present case, petitioner was granted bail except under Section 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which was added later on and after addition of Section 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, he was again arrested, challan has already been presented in the Court and investigation against the petitioner is concluded. 3. Keeping in view above, no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner behind bars. Accordingly, let petitioner be released on SUNIL CHANDER 2026.06.30 1
