The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. bearing Crime No. 74/2026, under section 109(1), 351(3), 352, 61(2)(a) B.N.S., Police Station Khatoli, District Muzaffarnagar dated 16.3.2026. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to stay the arrest of the petitioners in the Case Crime No.249 of 2025 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(2), 117(2) BNS, Police Station Sarai Mamrej, Ganganagar (Commisionerate Prayagraj), District Prayagraj dated 17.12.2025 during the investigation. Briefly put the prosecution case set out in the F.I.R is that the accused persons including one Shubham and three unknown persons abused the victim and discharged firearm injury on the latter.
