The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 22.07.2025 in Case Crime No.312 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 60, 72 of the U.P. Excise Act, P.S. Rajpura, District-Sambhal. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 not to arrest the petitioner in the impugned F.I.R. dated 22.07.2025 in Case Crime No.312 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 60, 72 of the U.P. Excise Act, P.S. Rajpura, District-Sambhal."
