The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of the UP Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Alapur, District Budaun. 3. The submissions of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted on behalf of the applicant that 1 case has been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in that case, the applicant is on bail.
