The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 504, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station- Sarnath, District- Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was lodged on 19.01.2025 in respect of alleged incident committed between 23.06.2023 to 08.08.2023. The delay of about 17 months in lodging the FIR has not been properly explained.
