Heard Mrs. Sujata Choudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Pal, Advocate holding the brief of Sri Mohit Kumar Baisla and the learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2026 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 117(2) of B.N.S, 2023, Police Station- Mawana, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR dated 10.02.2026. The other co-accused Moti and Sundar have been named in the FIR and allegation were leveled against them. It is further contended that Moti Ram and Sunder have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 08.04.2026 and 27.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 930
